UCHU has a maximum capacity of 69 guests, with two formats available for private events: a seated family-style dinner or a standing reception. We'd be happy to discuss the best option for you and your celebration.

Seated Family-Style

Guests gather around the table for a shared, family-style feast inspired by the coastal traditions of Peru — a convivial way to experience the full range of UCHU's raw bar and cevicheria menu.

Standing Reception

A more relaxed, mingling format built for cocktail parties, launches, and larger gatherings, paired with passed bites and a curated bar menu.

Note: Full-space private buyouts are available for both formats. For smaller groups, we're happy to discuss semi-private options within the main dining room.
